GLLI, the premier Midwest lacrosse showcase, cordially invites you to come experience some of the best lacrosse competition available in the Midwest and across the country. To register, submit your information via the form below, print the confirming return message and mail along with your $725 application fee to:
GLLI Tournament 2012 - P.O. Box 20536 - Kalamazoo, MI 49019. Fields highlighted in RED are required.

Any applications entered AFTER April 15th will have to pay a $100 late fee.
